Argentine prodegy, Alejandro Garnacho, stole the spotlight during Manchester United's match against its guest Leicester City (3-0), on Sunday, in the 11th round of the English Premier League.
Alejandro Garnacho concluded the "Red Devils" team's convincing victory with a wonderful shot from outside the penalty area into the far right corner in the 82nd minute of the match that took place at "Old Trafford" stadium. The rising player Garnacho (20 years old), who considers the Portuguese legend Cristiano Ronaldo, the former Manchester United star, as his role model, has scored his seventh goal of the season, in addition to 4 assists in 17 matches across all competitions this season (2024-2025).
Portuguese Bruno Fernandes opened the scoring for the home team early after 17 minutes of the start of the match.
While the second goal came from "friendly fire" scored by Danish defender Victor Christiansen in his own goal in the 38th minute of the second half of the match.
After this victory, Manchester United raised its score to 15 points and occupies the thirteenth place in the Premier League standings.
While Leicester City's score stopped at 10 points and occupies the fifteenth place in the standings.
