Liverpool stands alone at the top of the overall standings of the UEFA Champions League for the season (2024-2025), after the fourth round of the new format of the championship with the participation of 36 clubs.
Liverpool achieved their fourth victory in a row, at the expense of the German Bayer Leverkusen (4-0) on Tuesday at the "Anfield" stadium and the Reds are the only team that secured 4 wins out of 4 matches among all the clubs participating in the prestigious European championship "Champions League" in its new format. Their next challenge will be Real Madrid, on the 27th of November.
